The BeanCounter Critical Resource Management System™ tracks documents with passive RFID tags to:

• Know immediately where a document is
• Prevent removal from designated areas
• Attach to other objects

Manage on document and/or folder level and display on floorplans

 

  KNOW LOCATION   •  Immediately find zone where document is stored
      •  Automatically register who removed a document (in conjunction with RFID tags for personnel)
         
  PREVENT REMOVAL   •  Trigger an alarm if a document is moved outside the designated area
         
  ATTACHMENTS   •  Attach an electronic document to any object
      •  Attach a physical document to another object to find its locale through the object it is linked to
         
  DOCUMENT MAINTENANCE   •  Use the Maintenance module for periodic or scheduled reviews of contracts, agreements and policies
